Ingredients:
900 g flour "00"
100 g wholemeal flour
5 g fresh yeast
30 g salt (fine)
580 ml water
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast in the water
- Mix it with the flour
- Add salt
- Add olive oil
- Leave it to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature
- Form dough pieces (approx. 250g)
- Leave the dough to rest at room temperature for 5 hours
- Roll out the dough
- Cover it
- Place the dough into the oven (approx. 20 minutes at 200° - depending on the thickness of the dough)
