Recently, the internationally renowned top chef and South Tyrol's only 3-star chef Norbert Niederkofler opened his new home base in Bruneck. A workspace of creativity, exceptional taste and inspiration.

The new restaurant “Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler” is located in the former executive villa of the cloth factory Moessmer, which is one of the oldest and most renowned fabric producers in the world.

In addition to seasonal menus, the Atelier also has space for some of Norbert Niederkofler's signature dishes as well as new creations. The fact that high cuisine addresses issues such as sustainability, short cycles and supply chains with local producers and farmers, as well as seasonality, is thanks to Niederkofler. He was therefore also one of the first to be awarded the "green Michelin star".
